For employers
We are the legal employer of everyone we place. Here is what comes off your plate.
We find candidates, so you don't have to post, screen or chase.
Interviews, references and work eligibility checked before anyone is placed.
Ontario's required health and safety awareness training, plus WHMIS, on file.
Forklift and other certificates verified, not just taken on trust.
You deal with the owners directly, not a call centre.
Workers are covered under our WSIB account, not yours.
Extra hands for peak periods, holiday rushes, resets and inventory counts.
Found someone great? You can offer them a permanent job.
The role, how many people, the shift and where your site is.
We call you to understand the work, your site and your safety rules.
We recruit and check candidates for your role, and tell you honestly how it is going.
Workers arrive knowing the site, the start time and what to bring.
For workers
Too many agencies in the GTA work off the books, skip WSIB or charge workers fees. We don't do any of that.
Know your rights
Under Ontario's Employment Standards Act, these apply to every temporary help agency, including us. If an agency doesn't follow them, walk away.
An agency cannot charge you to register, apply, get placed or get help with your resume.
Before each assignment you must get the client's name and address, your wage, hours, pay period and a description of the work.
An agency cannot stop a client from hiring you, or stop you from accepting a permanent job with them.
Assignment workers earn vacation pay and are entitled to public holiday pay, the same as other employees.
This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. See the Ontario government's guide to temporary help agencies for the full rules.
About us
