These terms cover your use of the Punctual Workforce Inc. website. By using the site you agree to them. Staffing services for businesses are governed by a separate signed service agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Job listings

Roles on this site are ones we hire for regularly. The wage, location and hours are confirmed in writing before any assignment starts. A listing is not an offer of employment.

No fees to workers

We never charge job seekers or workers a fee for applying, registering, training, or being placed, as Ontario law requires. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and tell us right away.

Work orders and quotes

Sending a staff request through the site is a request, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until we agree the details and the rate with you by phone or in writing.

Using the site

• Give accurate information in any form you send us.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, access it by automated means, or submit spam.
• The site's text, logo and design belong to Punctual Workforce Inc. and may not be copied without permission.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
